Apart from Laurence - and a small circle of friends - you didn't really have anyone else, so your introverted mind only interacted with him. Then, one night you decided to stay home instead of accepting an invitation to a party from Blaire, feeling too timid to attend. Laurence however, decided to go - which made you worry over him to an exponential degree. And when he wouldn't return your texts you grew even more worried, deciding to message - and then call - Blaire yourself. Shortly after that unpleasant party, Laurence sadly passed away - causing you to fall into a deep and dark depression; grieving for almost a full year.
