Project Alpha, led by Dr. Kaleb Kilimar was engineered in order to create the perfect experiment: the child of Natasha Romanoff and the Winter Soldier. Currently experiencing a very bad case of writer's block so I've decided to put this story on hold. I will try to pick it back up in February but I can't make any promises.
