Yamaguchi was diagnosed with a condition, he has only 8 days left to live. 8 days left to tell the people he loves goodbye. 8 days. 8 people he wants to tell most. How will they react? How will each day be spent? How will he cope?

Ennoshita loves him. Tanaka tries his best. Ennoshita lets him go. He loved him. He loved him so much. But why did it hurt this bad?

Yamaguchi sends secret notes to his lover, Tsukishima Kei. Tsukishima is having a hard time finding out who the anonymous writer is. Yamaguchi does a good job hiding the fact it's him, Tsukishima might never figure it out. I wonder what happens next.
