When Izaya wakes up one morning after feeling increasingly more irritable day by day and decides theres nothing left for him, he does the only thing he can; he attempts suicide. (My graceful return to the Shizaya scene after 3 years <3)

Izaya questions all he ever works and lives for. Then when finding the answer he looses himself completely. Spiraling into a depression he can't pull himself out of. Izaya is haunted by panic attacks, nightmares, and mental and physical illness. What will happen when Shizuo is the only one who seems to be able to cure him?

Shizuo stumbles upon Izaya one night on the verge of death and rushes him to the hospital. Before Izaya looses consciousness he confessed his love for Shizuo before going into a two year long coma. Shizuo blames himself for Izaya's condition through those two years. and when Izaya wakes up he decides he wants to pursue his relationship with Shizuo. but will Izaya's depression stop him from following his heart or can Shizuo help Izaya out of the dark.

It is normal, that everytime Izaya goes to Ikebukoro it won't take long for Shizuo to appear. And after this they will start their hunting game. Izaya is mostly in Ikebukoro because of his work, but also because he loves it to piss of Shizuo. That's something he already enjoyed since high school. But today was the day where he really hoped not to bump into Shizuo and the reason was he got a cold. Due to this fact he kinda doubted, that playing with Shizuo would go as smoothly as usual, and to be honest he would've preferred to stay home, but his work forced him to go to Ikebukoro. So what will happen if he encounters his monster in this state?

Concerned for his best friend, Shinra called his only other constant companion (other than his beloved Celty, of course) to keep an eye on him. Discreetly and with many many favors in his corner. But how will Shizuo feel when he sees the state his 'nemesis' is in? How will Izaya feel when when Shizuo begins to play caregiver? How will Ikebukuro react when the impossible happens?

Everyday is the same for the informant of Ikebukuro. That is until one morning his whole life changes when he wakes up to find he ha turned into a Neko. As if this isn't hard enough a certain blonde is on his tail, literally, and trying to figure out what is up with Izaya.
