The title is supposed to say what did Oscar do during volume 6 chapter 9. So like what's going on here?! For everyone: I do not hate Oscar I don't hate anything about Oscar. Only thing is I don't like about his character and the show RWBY so far is that they haven't given Oscar any on-screen development. So I try to flesh his character out a bit more. I want to at least believe that he has a character Arc and that he's getting on in Screen development but everyone knows it's really not so I just made this for the purpose of this.
