IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GOOD WUTHERING HEIGHTS FANFIC LOOK NO FURTHER. I have not written fan fiction since 8th grade and I'm a Junior in High school now, just to put in perspective how much I've been thinking about wuthering heights. I am writing in a cohesive alternative timeline, however I might throw in drabbles that adhere to the cannon timeline here and there. I will make sure to specify which is which. (Mainly Catherine I x Heathcliff and Catherine II x Hareton)

Have you ever wondered where the rich get an education? Private schools maybe... well only the slightly rich. You see most of Americas old money descendants are sent to boarding schools. NOT the overseas kind that have online websites so that parents with new money can send their kids just to show off. No they send them to THE boarding school. It's name, Wuthering Heights Academy, yes like the book, so secretive and highly funded that only those with a certain net worth are allowed to enroll. Among these students there are ambassadors sons, the future heirs to hotels chains etc... but just like any other high school there is the usual cliche social pyramid. However, the pyramid isn't solely based on money because no one really cares. If you are enrolled in this school your parents make so much they don't know how much they really have. This Connecticut located boarding school based its social hierarchy on character, intelligence, and the superficial shit like looks.

Linton Heathcliff is only capable of two things: Linton clings, and Linton pushes away. Join me as I do a character study of, in my opinion, a rather underrated character in Emile Brontë's classic, Wuthering Heights. Cover photo (C) Bill Brandt (www.billbrandt.com)
