The training consists of four areas which include, Hakuda, Hoho, Kido, and Zanjutsu. Once they completed their training and graduate from the Academy, they can choose to join the Thirteen Court Guard Squad and join one of the squads. After joining a squad a Soul Reaper has the chance of calling upon their Zanpakuto's name but only those who hear the voice of their sword. Even calling their swords name is just one challenge to face as obtaining the next level will be much harder than before. Each Zanpakuto has its own unique name which has there own powers and abilities. One Soul Reaper has a unique Zanpakuto that no one in the Soul Society has ever seen. The full capabilities of this Zanpakuto are unknown as the one wielding it is a calm and rather easy-going person. How will the future of the Soul Society be affected by this Zanpakuto and its wielder? Will it lead to the destruction or the birth of a new Captain? Only time will tell for the story of Whispering Shinigami.
