Seit dem ist ein nicht endender Konflikt zwischen den beiden Häusern ausgebrochen, wer über die Hauptstadt der zwei Welten herrscht. Mal sind es die Engel, mal sind es die Dämonen. Beziehungen zwischen zwei Mitgliedern verschiedener Häuser sind nicht gestattet. Kameradschaft ist nicht gestattet. Freundschaft ist nicht gestattet. Und schon gar keine Liebe. Doch als an einem schicksalshaftem Tag ein junger Dämon ausgerechnet in Sakusa Kiyoomis Straße landet ändert sich alles. Trotz der vielen Regeln und Verbote heftet sich der Dämon Atsumu Miya hartnäckig an die Fersen von dem menschenscheuen Engel. Mit der Zeit kommen sie sich immer näher.
