Izuku's quirk fully developed overnight at the age of 14, when he woke up he was taller, stronger, and more resistant to pain. He became 'indestructible'... follow our cinnamon roll, turned Awesome as he goes through a normal teenage life, fighting villains and getting the girl he's saved to notice him as an equal.

(Note: I do not own CnC or MHA) This a combined timeline... Shortly after the meteor landed near the Tiber River in Italy brought the rise of quirks. The first user of these unique abilities was a baby girl who was accidentally exposed to the crystal known as Tiberium, then all over the world women started getting quirks and now the United Nations formed the Global Defense Initiative. After the rise of heroines, the UN decided to disband GDI however a GDI division led by the organization's leader known as Brigadier General Mark J. Shepperd to Japan where they thrived in absolute secrecy while males all over where being discriminated and enslaved by the female population. Now it's the year 2XXX, the world's population is 20% Male and 80% Female tired of what's happening to the male population, GDI led by Colonel Toshinori Yagi decided send out raiding parties into area where enslaved males are kept and rescue them which will add manpower to the GDI's cause. Now enter Izuku Midoriya, a boy whos was sold to human traffickers by his mother and was kept in an abandoned warehouse, until soldiers clad in desert equipment busts in the warehouse and rescues him and few other males who was with him in the warehouse. He then joins GDI at the age of 12 and rose to the rank of Staff Sergeant in the age of 14 but during a raid, him and his squad were captured by the heroines in the USJ, now they were forced to join UA highschool.

Izuku Midoriya possessed a mediocre quirk. It could only ever be used once to summon something. That item then became bound to Izuku, and could be summoned whenever he called upon it. Most four year olds, upon learning of their quirk, would think of big, unwieldly swords or cannons from Anime and cartoons, like Tom and Jerry.
