March 1912 - a baby is abandoned at the doors of Downton Abbey. Servant Thomas Barrow agrees to claim paternity for the foundling. The story mainly revolves around Thomas and his daughter, but the other characters also play a role in every chapter. The characters don't belong to me, only the OC does. I always appreciate feedback and I'm happy to incorporate your suggestions. The goal is to have Emma grow up alongside the events of the series. Accordingly, the story is divided into 6 parts.

Bridgette Crawley is the third daughter of Robert and Cora Crawley, Lord and Lady of Downton, and though she lacks little to nothing, she cannot help but feel a strange urging inside her. When news shake the family and uncertainty looms in Downton's future, how will she come through it? --------------- Due to subjects exposed in the show, I prefer to be safe and rate the story mature. Though I doubt I will write anything too graphic

The lady Y/n Crawley is known throughout Downton, as a sweet, helpful, strong headed independent girl. Her beauty is talked throughout people, giving her many suitors when she hits the proper age. Several men have come to her asking her hand, she has declined all of them. When Downton loses its heir, a new mysterious heir turns up. A Mathew Crawley, who has been turning everyone's head. TW: some themes might be sensitive to some viewers, nothing to terrible, however. (Will not be following the story line.)

It is now 1925 and Lady Emma looks forward to the future. Having just about everything she wanted - A stable career and two children. She wonders what life will spring at her and if she will ever get a happily ever after with the right partner? or lose hope? Season 5 Downton Abbey Emma (3rd daughter of Robert and Cora Crawley) returns back to Downton after hiding in New York, following a scandal that could ruin her reputation. Along the way she learns to be an independent, strong-minded woman, although a gentleman by the name Jack Branston is determined to persuade Emma to marry him, will Emma give in, or not? Since the Garden Party in 1914, Emma must face challenges that would either make her a strong woman or break her. I recommend reading the first book - Emma Crawley (Downton Abbey Season 1) before reading season Two of Emma Crawley.
