(Revised Story) Rin is neither human nor demon, he fits in nowhere. His so called "friends" make that known often, and his own brother has turned his back on him. With no one to talk to, Rin turns to self destructive behaviors in order to get through everyday life. However, will a routine mission make it all crumble apart?

Rin is depressed after his friends discover his heritage. They shun him, call him names when they think he can't hear, and bully him. They make him wish that he could die. He returns to cutting, which he had quit doing when he arrived at the academy. WARNING This fanfic contains -Depression -Self-harm -Cutting -Bully

Being clueless as he is, Rin decided to explore his feelings for Shiemi as someone new, or a secret admirer of sorts: The Blue Knight. Going in secret to wow her under his newfound alias, he tries to win her over while battling with his own inner turmoil. Note: This fanfiction starts after the school festival, during the Illuminati story arc, as if the timeline split there. There is some mild profanity, as there was in the manga/anime. I tried to make the characters seem as they did in both the manga and the anime to make it more realistic. Enjoy!
