Just as Killua was about to let Gon go on his way to go find his dad, a portal opened below him. "GON!" he yelled, diving after him without a moment's hesitation. Suddenly they were falling out of the sky and the ground was coming up quick. Very quick. "KILLUA!" Killua grabbed Gon and twisted so his back was aimed for the ground, preparing for impact. He knew it was going to hurt, but he would rather take the pain himself rather than having to share it with his best friend. "hold on tight! It's gonna be a rough landing!" Killua clenched his teeth and braced himself, before slamming into the ground so hard it knocked the breath out of him. Oh god- his entire body hurt like crazy, especially his back and shoulders. "Killua! Killua! Don't die!" Gon started to sob, shaking his shoulder. " I'm not dead idiot" he decided to sit up, opening his eyes to see they were in what looked like an alleyway? The first thing Killua felt was pain. It laced through his back and shoulders. The second thing he felt was rain as it pelted down on his face. Suddenly there was a bright light shining through his eyelids. "the hell? Is he dead?" Killua groaned, opening his eyes. As soon as he did so he felt a splitting headache. "fucking god-" He sat up, rubbing his head. "why does it feel like I fell off a cliff?" Killua looked around to see what looked like an old man with a scarf? His flashlight hurt Killua's eyes so he couldn't see well but he knew there was another person. "hey kid are you alright?" he asked. Killua chuckled "It kinda feels like that one time-" he cut himself off. "wait where the hell am I?" (note: the cover is not mine)

Killua had no idea why, but he woke up in an alleyway. For some reason his head and backside hurt like crazy, as he went to rub his head he felt something warm and fluffy on his head. "huh?" Killua's tail flicked. Wait, tail? He looked behind him and sure enough there was a fluffy white cat tail waving in the air behind him. His fingers mapped out the outline of the warm fluffy thing on his head and he figured out it was a cat ear. Killua sat down for a moment, blinking. He was a neko in an unfamiliar alleyway. That was just lovely. Suddenly his ears twitched as he heard someone coming down the alley, "this way, they won't find us here" Killua activated Zetsu and leapt quietly onto the top of the building as a group of five people came down the alley. "I think we lost em' " said one with dark brown hair and what looked like a mask? All of them have masks, none of them can use Nen. He blinked as he noticed that one of them had four arms. Killua squinted at him, he's not a chimera but he doesn't have Nen either, what is he?

Killua runs away from his family for the fiftieth time, seeking something he learned of that could help him kill his family, and the beings threatening his friends and country. Meanwhile Ed and Al seek to protect their own country from intruders, and from those unwelcome. *occurs sometime right when Ed and Al get to know of the homunculi*

A 13 year-old Killua Zoldyck's aniki, Illumi, commits murder in the village of Konohagakure. Illumi escapes, but on Killua's way to stop his brother, he gets caught by Hidden Leaf ninja. Taken back to the village, people are suspicious of him and nobody trusts him either. They don't sense much from him, but something is definitely off. By the Hokage's wishes, Killua joins Kakashi's team seven, as a temporary member. But Killua knows that he must get back to his lands, to get back to his younger sister, and to his best friend Gon-- and to stop his brother. *this is when Killua has his electric nen abilities, and is a pro Hunter and when Team 7 is 12/13*
