Mai Nohara ist die Zwillingsschwester von Rin Nohara welche im Team Chouza war. Durch ihre langen Haare und makelloses Gesicht zeigte nur eine kleine ähnlichkeit mit ihrer Schwester. Mai hatte nicht wie Rin die Starken zwei Streifen auf dem Gesicht was sie nicht schlimm fand. Leider musste sich Mai eingestehen, dass sie Obito sehr mochte und später zu seinen Gefühlen zu Rin wusste. Es schmerze sie zu wissen, dass der Uchiha ihre Gefühle niemals erwiedern würde. Der Einzige, der von ihren Gefühlen wusste war Kakashi Hatake, welcher in Mai eine gute Freundin sah. Sie bemühte sich stehts besser zu werden doch ihre freundliche Art lies auch ihm das Herz erwärmen. Nur konnte Obito dieses Herz nicht sehen welcher nur Augen für seine Rin hatte. Nachdem die erste leitende Mission des Hatake scheiterte und Obito sterben musste, konnte er Mai nicht mehr in die Augen sehen. Obwohl sich Mai die Mühe gab ihre Liebe zu vergessen funktionierte es nicht. Und als dann auch noch ihre Schwester sterben musste, war Mai nicht mehr die Selbe, was sie hinter ihrer Freundlichkeit verborgen hielt. Die Nohara stürzte in eine tiefe Trauer welche sie nicht offen zeigte, sowie Kakashi welcher von Albträumen geplagt wurde. Grosse Schuldgefühle kamen in ihm immen wieder hoch wenn er Mai ansah. Wäre Mai nur stark genug gewesen um ihnen zu Helfen? Nach Jahren konnte Mai den Uchiha nicht vergessen und stand seit seinem Tod jede Woche vor seinen Grab. In der Hoffnung , dass alles nur ein Traum war und er zu ihr zurück kam. Nicht wissend, dass genau dieser Uchiha sie am Grab stehen und Rin in ihr sah. Was wird geschehen, wenn Obito heraus finden, dass es doch nur Mai ist welche er so sehr begehrte? Was ist, wenn Mai heraus findet wer sich hinter dieser Maske verbirgt und ihr Leben wieder auf den Kopf stellt? Kann die Nohara dem Uchiha endlich sagen, wie sehr sie ihn liebte und ihn von seinen Plänen abbringen? Können die Beiden einen Weg finden um gemeinsam um Rin zu trauern?
