To ensure her safety back to Warsaw, Poland and her family, Easy Company and their men might be her only hope. "Testy" Tommy Reller volunteered for the paratroopers for the very same reason that the 140 others who eventually made up Easy Company, of the 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment, in the 101st Airborne Division, of the U.S. Army, did. For the thrill, the honour, and the $50 for enlisted men or $100 for officers monthly bonus paratroopers received. *** This is primarily a work of fiction and means no disrespect to the memory of the veterans who fought and died for their country during the Second World War. This story is a combination of events from the HBO "Band of Brothers" mini series, the book under the eponymous title, and my own made up events. Enjoy~
