Taking place in the Sixto-man Universe, Luis Luna, a high school student and friend of Frank the virgin weeb, often experiences bad but fun situations with some of his friends and is frequently involved in acts or incidents involving failure, excitement, and adventure.

Sixto Hernandez is your everyday friendly neighborhood superhero "SIXTO-MAN", very similar to the MCU's Spider-man, but different. Sixto will have to save the day from powerful villains, but also we will see his love life and school life, the which are the best! Frank suddenly falls in love with Belle Kirschner better known online as Belle Delphine, an English cosplayer and social media influencer. Even though Belle has a crush on someone else, Frank decides to step up and make her fall in love with him before he dies a virgin.

The story focuses on the powerful Mexican-American crime lord, Oscar Gonzalez, as he goes to war against an infamous cult named "The Narcosatanicos" (The Narcosatanists in English) which is involved in multiple ritualistic killings in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico led by Adolfo Constanzo, an American serial killer, drug dealer, and leader of the cult. Meanwhile criminal mastermind with a sadistic sense of humor, Joker, plots an evil plan of his own.
