Jughead was such a sweet boy, he was kind and he had a good family. But he changed the day his mom left with his sister, he was only six when it happened. Betty was one of his best friends, she was only trying to comfort him, but he pushed her, yelled at her, told her all these horrible things that weren't true. That's how it started, that's why they hate each other. But that will soon change when Jughead get in a terrible accident and loses his memory.

It's five years after graduation, and Jughead is about to be a married man. His old college roommate, who is picked to be his best man throws him a surprise bachelor party. Everything seems to be going smoothly until the stripper shows up, and it turns out to be none other than his old high school girlfriend Betty Cooper.

"The city's about 70 miles that way." He pointed over her head as he took another drag from his cigarette, the blondes head following his action. She turned back to him with a smile, removing her sunglasses. For a moment he was taken aback by the startling green color of her eyes, but he calmed himself quickly. "I know where the city is, but thank you." She dropped the sunglasses into her purse and it was the first time he realized a bag of luggage beside her feet. "I need somewhere to stay until the storm passes." His line of vision followed her hand as she pointed up at the sky and he winced a little.
