AHHH~!!!!! NYA~!!!

IBS (Inflammatory/irritable bowel syndrome) Is difficult to live with, but not impossible. Though I have made bad choices concerning what I eat, I'm only slightly-moderately prone to gastrointestinal problems due to family heritage. I didn't know I had it till age 13. Learn more about the disease, how to help when you have it, symptoms, how I deal with it personally, etc. (no definite diagnosis or any guaranteed solutions,or Solid medical knowledge for that, get a real doctor first. Everyone is different, so please seek medical help first.) These are my simple tips, help,and info for after diagnosis. ;)
