After running away from all his problems with Rem, Subaru feels he can finally live in peace. However, other forces have another idea on what to do with him. Within the blink of an eye Subaru finds himself back home. Back in the place he most wanted to be. There's only one problem; Rem is gone from his life. Can he find a way back?

In reversal the story begins with Subaru waking up on the floor of the convenient store, with what he can is a girl about his age with bright blue hair and ....... A maids uniform? Unlike in the original Subaru and Rem have to deal with the way of life in his world instead of hers. Follow them through the story as they light up each other's lives just as they did in the other world. Subaru and rem > Subaru and Emilia
