Hey Guys, this is my brief meal plan for my weightloss.
I know some of the weeks are super low cal, but this is just a brief guideline of my daily intake. (I will most definitely eat more than this in a day).
I am going to try it out myself and update you every day.
I will post my hunger levels and how I feel after each meal. I will also update all the extra food that I eat in each day to show you guys and myself.
I hope that you do not starve yourself when dieting because our bodies do not deserve that!!
