He is tought by them until he reaches the age of eleven, when he goes back to his own time and is thrown in to a whole new world. I got some of this idea (the 'growing up with the Founders' thing) from another fic-for the life of me I can't remember who it's by, and what it's called, so if you know, please tell me-but the rest I came up with.
