He feels like he's being watched, all the time, and the paranoia has gotten so bad he hasn't slept more than four hours in who knows how long. Throwing in monsters, creepy lab doctors, and Billy Hargrove into the mix isn't the best anecdote. ÷ Slight AU because I know Steve should've graduated by now, but I made him be a senior this year sO deal with it
