Mathias Kohler is your average doctor. He rushes in emergencies and jokes with his younger patients. You'd rarely see him without a smile. Mathias has always hated uncureable patients, they made him feel so sorry. Lukas seeks out for help after having a terrible seizure. He could tell he was soon to have more, or even a stroke at that. Even though all the pain...he had yet to show emotion. But, since he won't live much longer....what can Mathias do? To save the boy, with the troubled mind?

Berwald is stuck in a coma and there is nothing Tino can do, except wait and pray. Tino is trying to be his happy, outgoing self, but when his lover is undecided to live or die, it's hard to take care of himself. Let alone himself and Peter.
