Powers were typically inherited, or there were no powers at all. To the public eye, Marinette has not found her ability yet at age 15. She is one of the rare 5% of the world's population that does not have an ability. Because of this, Marinette is typically bullied by other kids at school. What everyone doesn't know, including her parents, was that she found her power at the age of 3, younger than the known record. And her power was one that no human being had seen for thousands of years. Kagami ends up going to public school. The same school as Marinette what do ya know. Marinette is now having to deal with the responsibility of a more complex double life along with mixed feelings in her civilian life. What happens when, Kagami and Marinette form a special bond.
