Fury puts the order out for the team to take Spider-Man in without the possible out come of a battle and get him to join. While behind the scenes. Tony and Steve are searching for a new addition to the family. A child to adopt. They search amongst the orphanages trying to find the right one. Enter Peter Parker. A 15 year old boy without any hope of being adopted. Seeing the fact that no one wants a kid who's already that old. Being the oldest in the orphanage isn't really the most amazing thing either. The Avengers accidentally step onto Spider-Man's turf when they try to take on the Sinister 6. Spidey steps in but ends up getting injured in the process. As a thank you the Avengers insist that he come back to the tower to be treated. But what will they learn about him while he's there? (I don't own cover)

Peter always felt a little off. He knew he was different, but not as one would normally think. After escaping Hydra during a mission, 13 year old Peter Parker is put into child protection services who bring him to an orphanage full of abuse. After a year of debate he decides to put on a mask as the vigilante Spiderman to use his powers to protect rather then kill. Soon his actions are noticed by Shield and the Avengers and the team is put into action. During this madness Tony Rodgers Stark and Steve Rodger's Stark decide to adopt.
