What if you could hear them? The thoughts they deigned not reasonable enough to say out loud, the things not suitable for even a giggly teenage gossip conversation. Would it be a blessing or a curse? Troye, the unlucky teenager bestowed with this 'gift', thinks of it as a curse, with good reason. Do you know how hard it is to keep a relationship with someone when you know exactly what they think of you? Impossible. It's impossible. Or at least that's what Troye thinks, considering he's given up on even trying to make it work. He's different, people shun different. People hate different. And it's better to go under the radar, to be nothing, than to be hated. Right? Tyler, on the other hand, has taken a different approach to a similar problem. No, he can't 'read minds', but he does have a part of himself he doesn't want a soul to know about. He's quarterback, every girl's dream guy, an academic mastermind, and he's also gay. He's seen how different kids get treated, hell, he's been the one to treat them that way before. Why on Earth would he ever wish that on himself? No, it's easier to hide, to be someone you're not, than to be hated. Right?

Our high school experiences vary on the type of person we are and who we spent time with. Some of us graduated as the Prom Queen or captain of the football team. Some of us were regarded as total losers and sat in alone in the cafeteria. A few people actually came out of high school normal and in one piece. But I'm guessing not everyone can say they were framed for 1st degree murder their senior year. Or is that just me?

Agent Troye Sivan is having a fantastic time at InTourNational with Tyler Oakley. Spending time with him is actually better than feasting on bananas and Nutella. But if he's not careful, his best friend (and maybe future lover?) is going to die in a flaming inferno along with the rest of his friends. With D-Day nearing and the gang getting bolder, he's got a lot on his plate. Really, Troye's just frustrated he can't keep his private life separate from his job. And that Tyler's really freakin' cute, you know?

AU: in which Tyler and Troye are as different as can be, but somehow fit together like two parts of a whole. Their lives come together with a tad bit of scheming on Tyler's part, and more than a tad bit of flirting on Troye's. Eventually, they coalesce into an inseparable unit--and you know what they say about friends who can't stay apart.

St. Chastity - Troyler AU Tyler Oakley is the most popular guy at St. Chastity, a boarding school for guys and girls. Troye Sivan is just a normal guy with self-esteem issues and problems in school. What do they both have in common, you ask? Well, they are both openly gay. While Tyler is the flirty and proud senior who everyone either likes or fears, Troye is the shy sophmore who is very easy to get along with but is very socially awkward. Troye feels a certain attraction towards Tyler but knows that his infatuation with the older, very sassy and daring boy can only be hypothetical. It's just too easy to expect that self-proclaimed homophobes (like Troye Sivan) and a homosexuals themselves (like Tyler Oakley) could never get along. Not even mindless vengeful plans or diabolic fake babies or constant mockery or accidental not-dates or attempts to make each other's lives a living hell could force a decent acquaintanceship upon them, much less was there a chance that they'd develop weird yet genuine relationships and feelings that definitely crosses the border of friendship. It would definitely take a million wishes and miracles just for them to like each other. ..right? Entirety of story is fictional; characters are real life people.
