"We... We all thought you two were..." Cover your heads, grab your umbrella, and don't stay out after dark. The world isn't how we remember it to be. Follow along as our cast of characters is forced to navigate a deadly everyday maze of monsters, dehydration, and malice just to stay alive long enough to seize their only chance to go home. ----------------------------------- Hello~ This is a short story and an AU that could also function as future events after "Homeless." Rated PG-13 just in case, but it's not too intense to handle (at least, early on. Later, maybe it will get more intense). PLEASE NOTE THAT I SAID "COULD ALSO FUNCTION," NOT "SEQUEL TO HOMELESS." DON'T GET CONFUSED. Basically, this is an attempt at me being both poetic and angsty with my surroundings. I hope you enjoy it! There will probably be slower updates than I used to have, so please just bear with me. And I drew that cover, yo. I'm so freaking proud of it, you have no idea.

Professor Lukas Bondevik, tormented by a patronizing ghost, meets Mary, an American abroad student. "I'd cut my soul into a million different pieces Just to form a constellation to light your way home I'd write love poems To the parts of yourself You can't stand I'd stand in the shadows of your heart And tell you I'm not afraid of your dark." -Andrea Gibson Rated PG-13 for violence.

If you think you've wandered into a Fruits Basket-type story with sugary sweetness and romance, you are wrong. Dead wrong. This is a story where you probably won't survive the night. Welcome to a world where you have to be wary of going out of your home. Lock your doors behind you. Carry a weapon of the highest caliber possible. Don't stay out after sunset, even if you have a flashlight and camping gear. Beware the Zodiac. They are everywhere, and they are so thirsty... Thirsty for your annihilation. The cover photo and many of the side photos are by Yuhon on deviantart, so I in no way claim ownership of any kind of them. This is a Hetalia AU of my own creation, something completely new to the world. Please be kind and don't be too critical, though there shall be some gore and violence, possibly death (especially in flashbacks) so read at your own discretion. Again, this is something I myself came up with (with some inspiration from Yuhon's pictures) so have fun!

"Beware the world... they're out to get you... to end your life... Beware..." These were the bone-chilling words that ran through Alice's mind the last time we met her. Now, she is plagued by much worse than just creepy messages from a disembodied voice. The solution to her plight evades her around every twist and turn, try as she might to catch and hold onto the answer. Meanwhile, it does appear as though the world is out to get her. First, she dealt with countries from another dimension; then, her troubles lay in the Darkness, the embodiment of all that is evil. Finally, the nations are keeping busy with struggles that are coming from... humans? Ordinary, non-magical, everyday humans? This isn't X-Men, so what gives? Come along and search with Alice as she struggles to comprehend matters of the world as well as matters of the convoluted heart. The answers might just be right there in front of your face... Rated PG-13, though I'm willing to bet some parts will be more R-rated. I shall put warnings up just in case. Cover is taken from Pinterest and edited by Mini_Moffat. It might be changed to another cover, but until then... Warning: character death --that will make you VERY unhappy. Please do not give up hope!-- swearing, violence, espionage, awesomeness, and a multitude of references. Read at your own risk, show your support, and please appreciate all the hard work the author has put into making this book a reality.

Book Two, part two of the "Home" series. Alice Carlea Williams, our brave young state, has lost her memory again! To make matters worse, she's been shipped off to another dimension and wakes up in a hospital, where she's told she has amnesia. As if that wasn't bad enough, her counterpart is taking her place in her dimension, and Alice is slated to be wed to... Prussia? Holy god, what is going on. And Kadi... Poor Kadi. She's got quite a few magnificent skeletons in her closet. They're about to be thrown out into the open for everyone to see. Recurring sentences, the all-too-likely future, strange souls, and ancient history are about to become more connected than they've ever been. Are you strong-willed enough to make the journey? Because if you aren't, you just might not make it out alive... "You're needed elsewhere." "Yin and yang. Two halves of a whole. Both are connected. Both are balanced, until now, aru." Rated PG-13 for magic, swearing, one or two suggestive themes, bloodshed, multiple intense scenes, harsh reality, and fantasy. Your feels very well may not end up totally intact, fair warning. But you'll enjoy it all, every second. Read at your own risk, but please don't give up on this story. Like, a gazillion Hetalia AUs in this. And other things, many other things. A character death will be involved, and it's NOT Alice, believe it or not. I do not own Hetalia nor anything else I use or reference. What I own is meager: the plot, the OCs, and the work it takes to create this story. Thank you for reading this far, and I hope you like what you read!

Book Two of the "Home" series. "Don't be scared, Tael. Things might look bad but they will get better. They always do." "But how can you know for sure?" "Because I just do." Some of you might remember Alice Carlea Jones, sometimes known as Melina Andrews. Well, she got married. She has three children now, too. And someone, or something, is trying to kill her. They want to tear her life apart as well as her family. Everything that is happening is connected in a strange and disconcerting way. Perhaps not even her uncle's vast knowledge of magical phenomena can save her. She has to find out who or what it is that wants to kill her, and for what reason. And, eventually, find her way back home again. Preferably all in one piece, but there aren't any guarantees anymore. "There is work to be done, Alice. You're needed elsewhere." CanadaxOC, EnglandxOC, AmericaxOC, ScotlandxOC, RussiaxOC, PrussiaxOC, and possibly a few other various OCxOC pairings I'll throw in later on. Things are a little iffy in the planning, but then again they always are. Hetalia AU(s) Rated PG-13 for swearing, some suggestive themes, a character death, and too much awesomeness for your own good. BAH, read at your own risk. Feels will be crushed, revived, and crushed again in a never-ending cycle. Sorry, that's just how I work. And you'll enjoy yourself, I promise. Hetalia is owned by Hidekaz Himaruya, I own nothing I reference/use! All I possess are the OCs, the plot, and the work it takes to create this story.

Book One, part two of the "Home" series Melina Andrews is still around, and she still doesn't know which country she is! She and Matthew are in it together, though, and their relationship is more than "just friends". They love each other, but as time goes on their worlds and sanity will be tested by everything. Snapping (and not the yelling kind, mind you) is the least of their worries as Melina has to keep her gender a secret to stay safe from the person trying to do her harm. Strange dreams leave her confused and angry because she seems so close to finding her elusive identity; danger, action, romance, tears, blood, fluff, and fear are all going to become frequent visitors in everyone's lives as a new threat is traveling closer and closer. Its target? Well, that'll become evident once they get here, now, won't it? Gakuen Hetalia, OCxCanada OCxScotland OCxAmerica OCxRussia OCxEngland Rated PG-13 for a reason, although it could go up when the end is near.

Hi, I'm Melina Andrews. Or at least, that's who I thought I was until recent events. I was living with my "dad" until I ran away because he was an abusive drunkard and a bastard, but I'd never gotten the courage to actually leave until I was around 15, almost 16. But after disguising myself as a boy so it would be harder to be recognized by my dad, I enrolled in a private school called Gakuen for a few different reasons. It seemed like the right idea at the time, and while I love it there, I'm taking a lot of risks. I swear, if my new friend Matthew wasn't helping me, I'd have been kicked out a LOOOONG time ago. Things in me have been changing recently (no, I don't mean puberty) and I'm not sure why. And what's this possibility of my being a... country? Cover is by Mew_Mew_Keki, the winner of the 2015 fan art contest! Congratulations, and thank you SO MUCH for drawing such a wonderful cover for me! All my WUVS to you!
