Kokichi sees Kaito and Shuichi hang out all the time together. Kokichi realizes he's getting jealous, at first he assumes that it's because he just loves shuichi, but he realizes he also loves Kaito after he starts vomiting flowers. He has the hanahaki disease, and it slowly becomes harder and harder to hide it. Kokichi thinks his ability to lie will save him from having to confess his true feelings, but will it?
