Frank is a good, God-fearing Catholic boy, and then Gerard happens. Gerard is the most interesting person he's ever met, arriving in Frank's small town with late nights and illicit booze and odd, disturbing nightmares trailing in his wake, and before long, Frank finds himself questioning the things he thought he knew.

Frank was always the quiet kid. He got into fights when he shouldn't have, and he didn't often do his homework, and he had a habit of being late to class, but he was somehow still...the quiet one. Yet the teachers were still fond of him, and they took a shine to the kid that got on their nerves. But then he has to leave them behind, and start a whole new school, where his fights, his lateness and his lack of homework aren't as accepted. Even when he befriends the nerdy musical kid who has a crush on their music teacher - but knows that nothing will happen because it's very much illegal - things still seem to go wrong. The guy was cute, might even start flirting after figuring out what a cute guy like this was doing in his bed. "What am I doing in your apartment? What are YOU doing in my apartment?" He said, backing away more, clearly scared of Gerard. "No, no, no, no," Gerard shook his hands, starting to get annoyed, "THIS is MY apartment. I'm paying for it." He said in a way you'd talk to someone from the moon. For as long as Gerard has known Frank Iero they had always worn dresses, collected stuffed animal, and had pink walls in their bedroom. Gerard loved them since day one.
