This is the fourth part of a project called the "Daily Self Growth Journal." Its purpose is to prompt readers to journal through encouragement, motivation, and inspiration. In it, the first thing I do is provide a motivational, or inspirational quote from someone noteworthy. Then I provide a verse from the Bible, the source of God's wisdom. Then a vocabulary word to ponder. If you're not bored yet, feel free to read the message I include and see what you think. But the most important part is the role you take. That is to journal what's going on in your life. It's easy, just answer the daily journaling questions provided. The whole process shouldn't take much more than 5 minutes of your time, but I hope and pray those five minutes a day will change your life. Thanks, Jake

When it comes to my emotions, a pen and paper is all I've ever known. Dedicated to everyone who wonders, if I'm writing about them. I am. "Self Growth" is a book of original works from inside my journal's lightest and darkest pages. Many have no moral reason to have been written, while others cut me deeper than a knife. I have struggled for so long with deciding to share my works with the world but with new found hope and encouragement I'm finally opening them to the public.

{FIRST BOOK IN 'THE GIRL IN THE HOODIE' SERIES} {2014-2018} A girl moved to California two years ago. No one knows what she looks like. All they know is that she wears a hoodie. *~*~*~* "HOLY SHIT, NOAH! WHY THE FUCK WOULD YOU LET THE TROLLEY GO?! COME BACK! OH MY FUCKING LIFE, FIZZY DRINKS UP AHEAD--" BANG FIZZ POP "...am I dead?" I'm suddenly grabbed by the back of my hoodie and pulled up from the ground and out of the mess of the opened bottles of fizzy which had exploded when the trolley and I crashed into them. My hands instantly go to my hood and I sigh in relief to find that it hadn't fallen off through all of that. I turn my head and look the the employee who's holding me, his face completely red and the vein in his neck throbbing. "Wassup, dude?" I smile sheepishly. *~* {HIGHEST RANKINGS: #1 in Funny #1 in Sad And #1 in Cancer apparently }
