In this Undertale and One Piece crossover, FGoD Error-Sans, a Force God of Destruction, commits suicide by jumping into the Void to escape the cycle of saving the Multiverse from Ink-Sans. Before his leap, witnessed by his brother Fresh, Error grants his friends and lover, Blueberry, a "painless death," effectively dooming his original reality. Instead of perishing, the Void transports Error to the One Piece world, where the fall stabilizes his glitches. He is discovered by Monkey D. Garp, who adopts the "magic skeleton" as his son. Embracing his new life, Error begins calling Garp "Padre" and is introduced to Ace and Luffy. Viewing the boys as "soulings" (monster infants), Error's maternal instincts override his destructive past, leading him to protect and train the duo as his own.
