Forced to run away from home, fifteen year old Tracy Alexandra, and her eighteen year sister, Leah old struggle to make ends meet in the streets. Desperate for food, the two sisters end up breaking into a home in attempt to steal some rations, but that all takes a twisted turn when the home owners wake up and find them in their kitchen. Pitying the two sisters, homeowners Ron and Janet Wilson took them into their home, feeding them and offering them safe shelter. Although the two have do nothing wrong with Tracy, she has a very tough time trusting them. Spending years being hurt and abused, she only felt comfortable around Leah. But when the two sister's father comes looking for them when their gone, Tracy's only two options are two trust the strangers helping her...or go back and get hurt.
