Elizabeth lived with a human family and posed as a human as well. But when she started at a new high school, her life changed. War. A horrid thing. The races had been in a war with the Demon Clan for as long as history has told. No one knew how the war started. Most blamed the demons and always were ill toward them. Everyone couple of thousands of years a new Demon King must be crowned. Once a new king is crowned the Demon Clan become more powerful. This was a problem for the other races, they knew the time was coming up but they also knew another thing. The way a Demon King was crowned, was when they found their 'mate'. A Demon Prince would have to find their chosen 'mate'. The 'mate' would grow a mark to warn them what was to come, lucky for the other races they already had captured one of the three 'mates' because she was the third princess of the Human Clan.
