Ladybug knew this was bad. She couldn't let Chat know her secret identity, but her time was running out. Marinette listened to her parents in awe, as they described the first time they met. She listened as her parents retold the story, while she vividly tried to picture the scene in her head. As the story ran through, it edged closer to her favorite part. She shot up from the couch, and with her parents she said, "Their soulmate marks glistened a bright yellow, as a sign that their one true mate has been found"

Ladybug turned slightly and the arms around her tightened possessively. A flutter of pleasure rippled through her body for a second before she squashed it. She had woken up in a strange place, being held by some mysterious stranger who...just happened to be in really good shape. Then she caught sight of the face the arms belonged to and her heart did a little backflip.
