after shock waves of nuclear radiation explodes from nuclear power plants all over the world kids from the ages of 3-8 are the only ones affected and start to obtain powers and skills that shouldn't be possible. but years after the shock waves a kid and his friends start to find that they to have gotten powers and skills from the shock waves.one of them in particular with very deadly. will they be able to control their powers especially the MC? or will they all be lost in their powers and loose themselves? i don't own anything i use from anime/TV shows,video games or books cause i do use a few things from them at some point in the book
