Turns out this gimpy boy's name is Hiccup, and he is under the constant protection of the FBI. See, Hiccup is a technological genius and the worlds greatest hacker, he is being hunted by Gang Lords so that they may posses his genius and use it for evil purposes. That's not even mentioning the dragon he is protecting after it was thawed out of an iceberg. Maybe this Genius is just what Astrid needs, and maybe he needs her just as much. Who else could successfully keep him out of trouble? Certainly not the FBI!
