You're done with college, and you can finally come out to live in Beach City for good. It's not long after your arrival, however, until a strange new gem catches your eye. Steven and the Crystal Gems have already finished saving the universe, and they decided to check on an old friend.. Spinel. Spinel felt rather lonely, because of the diamonds' discipline, she felt like they didn't care for her as much as the Crystal Gems did. Or as much as Steven did.

A WIP of what I'd prefer to have happen after the events of the Steven Universe Movie, Spinel returns to earth after things dont exactly work out with the diamonds on homeworld, what will she do now?

When the singular great Diamond decides she wants to raise a protégé, a mix-up causes the orders to incubate a new Diamond to be accidentally doubled. And while Yellow Diamond emerges on Homeworld and is met with celebrations, the young Blue Diamond finds herself on a stray colony, with no knowledge of who she is supposed to be. At first taken to be an off-color, she attempts to find a place in gem society, guided by the fact that she always seems to share an emotional connection with those around her.
