When the kingdom of Luviela loses their king in war and his daughter rises to power. She struggles to reign over a war-stricken country in shambles ruined by a deadly curse no one understands, threatened by the neighboring kingdom Thesan ruled by a cruel, corrupt, and power hungry king. Whispers of another war breaking out leads the young queen to organize a journey in hopes of finalizing a treaty with the evil king who claims to have a cure for the curse. The queen sends her younger sister to deliver it without telling her what the contents are.
