After the Tournament of Power, an event in the series of Dragon Ball, a bandit with a mysterious watch escapes from prison to wreak havoc on Earth, but later befriends Goku and teams up with him to defeat the villains that get in Goku's way. Captain Yakuza, the person that created the watch, wants to find Goku and the person that has the watch since the watch has the power to restart the universe.
