The Golden Trio were three of the eight students who had decided to return to Hogwarts to complete their seventh year after having been interrupted by the war. A new class had been put into effect at Hogwarts by request of the Ministry. All seventh year students were now required to take a parenting class. The Ministry had realized that more and more students were getting pregnant and didn't know anything about taking care of a child which is why this new class was being put into effect. Students were to be paired up and then afterward they would be given a letter from the Ministry explaining exactly what they would be expected to do during their school year for the class project. Two years after the War, Hermione is working at St. Mungo's as a Healer when the Director of the Hospital asks her to take their newest Healer, Draco Malfoy, under her wing. After a rough start and four years of working together, the two have become rather decent friends. When Hermione's relationship with Ron hits a rather large bump, Draco is the only one she feels she can turn to.

He wants to change. Returning to his school to redo his final year, only to be with the girl he's been crushing on. The only thing he wants to know is that will she be his change?

When the Muggle Studies class suddenly becomes mandatory in their sixth year, the Golden Trio find themselves reluctantly embarking on the classic Muggle project, better known as 'The Baby Project'. Somehow, Malfoy and Hermione end up "raising" their baby together (not that they're pleased about that). Along with having to deal with Draco being a pain in the ass (and maybe dropping their baby a couple times), she realizes that maybe the Slytherin prince isn't as bad as she always assumed - and that perhaps their feelings for each other could be the key to acing this class (to Hermione's relief).

As the group of Slytherins sat down, Ginny noticed that Blaise was watching her, and when they made eye contact, he gave her a wink followed by a grin. Ginny felt her face heat up and she looked down at her desk, her brow furrowing. "Everything alright?" Hermione asked quietly. Ginny nodded silently and kept her eyes down, which only made Blaise chuckle from the other side of the classroom. "What's got you in a good mood?" Draco asked, raising an eyebrow at his friend. "Just having some fun," Blaise answered, shrugging. Draco rolled his eyes and looked over at the other side of the room where Blaise had been looking moments before. He noticed that the Weasley girl looked very embarrassed about something, and Hermione shot a look over to their area, catching his gaze. He held it for a few moments before nodding at her slightly. Her eyes widened in surprise but she nodded in return before looking away, focusing on the front of the classroom. He thought he saw her cheeks turn slightly more pink, but before he could get a good look Professor Flitwick stepped up onto his podium and the class quieted down. Hello lovelies!
