Steve Rogers is a rookie NASCAR driver looking for a crew chief. The rest of his crew is lined up and ready for their first season, but they still need a crew chief. The search seems impossible until Natasha Romanoff, one of Steve's crew members, sets up an interview with someone Steve hasn't seen since his grade school years. She doesn't realize that they know each other, but she does know that they're soulmates. The story begins in a hotel bar and then speeds into Steve's first cup series race, which will change everything as he knows it - can this army veteran-turned-rookie racecar driver make a comeback following tragic defeat?
