She had rejoined the Jedi Order and just built her new Lightsabers and finished her training when Order 66 happened. The brand new Master was surprisingly not betrayed by her troops. Instead they escorted as many younglings as they could carry to the last known location of Anakin Skywalker, while she disappeared. Faked her own death and laid low for a year, before she came out of hiding and joined the Rebellion as the operative known as Fulcrum.
