Khari was raised in the shadows of the Sith, trained in their ways and bound by their dark teachings. Now, she walks among the Jedi, hiding her true allegiance. Her mission is clear; gain Anakin Skywalker's trust and lead him down the path that has been laid out for him. But Anakin isn't what she expected. He's reckless, infuriating, and entirely too easy to understand. The more time Khari spends with him, the harder it becomes to see him as just a target. The Jedi believe that she's one of them. The Sith demand her loyalty. But as the line between duty and something more blurs, Khari finds herself facing a truth she never anticipated; she may not want to betray him after all.
