Follow the Ham squad through modern college. It's told from James Madison's perspective and follows his struggles and prevails through his first year of college. ***!!!TRIGGER WARNINGS AT THE BEGINNING OF CHAPTERS!!!*** I guarantee you that if you skip those chapters you'll still understand what's happening. I was in a dark place when I wrote those so just keep that in mind. Also just want to put out the disclaimer that this isn't the founding fathers or related to real live historically accurate people. These characters are named after real people but a majority of their personalities come from either the Hamilton musical, other fanfictions, or are completely made up. ***read the first book before!!*** Buckle up, kids, because it's James' second year of college. Last year, James had to deal with Charles, mixed feelings, new friends, a car crash, death, homophobia, his newly boyfriend almost dying, a cult, his high school girlfriend, pretending to be straight, a couple breakups, some getting back togethers, an art gala, and finals week. But wait, you say, could it be even shittier than last year?! You bet your ass it can. Updates are weekly! (At the most) And as always, trigger warnings at the beginning of each chapter. But I'm not planning on anything really major.

Alexander just moved from the Caribbean to New York to live with his cousin after his mother died. An emotional wreck of a teenager he thinks he won't fit in or make friends because he's a weird kid, little does he know he's about to meet people who will shape his life forever. But not everything is innocence and fun, life is actually full of a lot of tragedy, but they were too young and blind to see...

Straight from high school Alexander and his friends head to college, unaware how everything they'd grown so used to and the relationships they'd learned would shift, change, and morph far more than they anticipated.

First thing first, I want to make it clear that this story is NOT mine! It's an au created by a brilliant artist and writer on Instagram called @yourenemywhispers! She creates amazing artwork for the au as well as she also allows fans to interact with the characters involved such as creating Q&As with the characters. So again, the storyline is all her work - not mine! All I've done is extended the scenes and publish it on Wattpad. 😊 Second thing second, this story includes violence, death and suicide scenes. The possibilities are many, but still... They are young, scrappy, and hold the pressure of an entire nation watching their next moves.
