After Crait, the Resistance is all but decimated. It will take time before they regain the strength and numbers to be anything more than an annoyance to the First Order. In the meanwhile, the Force bond between Rey and the new Supreme Leader not only continues but grows. They begin to be able to see one another's surroundings, touch things... and as the bond grows, so does their relationship. Mutual distrust becomes begrudging acceptance. Then a strange sort of friendship. And then... well... ;) Post TLJ Reylo fanfic; VERY Rey/Ben centric; will focus almost exclusively on times when the bond brings them together; A VERY patient slow burn that devotes a lot of time to character development. I normally write about the Captain Swan ship or dabble in a little Harry Potter, I've thought about this before, and now have some inspiration. After watching The Force Awakens, I thought Kylo Ren and Rey would either end up being related or it would be a star-crossed lovers kind of thing. After watching The Last Jedi I can definitely see things going in a romantic direction with them. Let's face it, is it really a relationship if you haven't tried to kill each other at least once? After all, Emma held a knife to Hook's throat and tied him to a tree, and then there was a sword fight and she knocked him out. So here's my first go at a story based on what I recently learned is a ship called Reylo!

《COMPLETE》The TROS ending we never got! The sparse remnants of the Resistance that fled from Crait slowly rebuild, hiding away from the First Order. Rey, accompanied by Poe and Finn, float from system to system attempting to stealthily recruit new rebels to their force aboard the Millenium Falcon. Kylo Ren has been sworn in as the Supreme Leader of the First Order, under the doubtful watch of General Hux, and assigns the Knights of Ren to acquire Rey. The Force continues to open the bond between him and Rey... linking them at their loneliest hours.
