The United States government is getting more and more concerned with how the crystal gems are dealing with hostile aliens from home and afar, causing representatives within power to loose trust of them. The government has came to the final straw and decided to send someone in near Beach city to help handle with the gem while keeping the problems quiet. An ex-US Army Ranger, a killer, a man who follows principles of the free man, a patriot, a man who teaches people confidence and morals. He, is Former PFC Tex Kimball.
