In this AU Deku was born very sick and also quirkless. Also because Deku's mom, Inko, wasn't very wealthy so she had to rely on Bakugo's family. It follows the story line but in a different way since he's very sick and can't go to school like the other kids. But he's still his cinnamon bun self.

after Izuku found out that he was quirkless he started to train every day and study every day. He taught himself how to use a katana and taught himself martial arts he always carries a old-style umbrella with him and a wooden katana.
