Even though he is quite intelligent and has a powerful semblance ( pretty much a progedy since he was a toddler), he keeps it a secret to all but he's older sister, until one day a few before the start of Beacon he stops a bunch of criminals from robbing a woman because they were in his way, he accidentally got the attention of the headmaster of Beacon, Ozpin who makes are protagonist begrudgingly come to Becon with his sister. What kind of trouble will he get in to and how many people will he completely destroy with his power, let's find out. Academy city, the most technologically advance city in the world, and a place filled with espers, people with amazing abilities that are ranked from level 0 to level 5. But Academy city isn't the only place that has espers. The European Union has created there own esper training facility. It may not have many students, or even many that have abilities over level 3, but they do have a few level 5 of there own. There first rank is truly exceptional. His name is (Y/n) (L/n). A esper with the ability to control time. Because of his British origin, he's been given the nick name Time Lord. He's a 16 year old guy that looks like a 10 year old.......
