He went to earth 2004 and placed her carefully in a basket with blankets, two notes and something no one has ever been able to explain. The content of her note is all she knows about her mysterious mother and father. she has always felt different and has always been bounced around the system but she finally feels at home when it all happens. This story is NOT about the episode when the Doctor has a Daughter(Most of these characters I didn't come up with like The Doctor and Rose Tyler and a few more.)
