One day everything changed. I saw him. Drew. I thought that he was the most perfect creature I had ever seen. He was tall, broody and he had these magnificent eyes. They reminded me of a stormy ocean. He was everything that I have dreamed of, but I knew that he would never notice me. Except... One night, I decided to go to a party and that was where he first took note of me. There was something that drew us together... Like a moth to a flame, I was hooked onto his light. Things developed rapidly and before I knew it, I was falling for a man that I barely knew. I could feel that there was something haunting him. Something terrible had happened to him, or maybe it was someone. This was either the beginning of something or the beginning of the end...

“Plain and simple. Three words. Eight letters. Say it. And I’ll have forever with you in it.” He whispered in my ear. My arms are resting on his shoulders, and were swaying to the sound of every creature lingering in the dark. The silence made everything special. Every memory, beautifully tragic or just tragic floating around us. . Mystical yet it felt so real. “I love you.” I whispered in his ear. We are standing above the world and everyone around us don’t seem to care. We have our own. The world where fairytales probably exist. The haven of every sucker of happy ever after. And I felt the need to say the magic words. I’m glad I did. But what he said, this man I’m dancing with ruins everything. “You’re dead.” He coldly said. - - - - - - - - - - - "You think I'm cool or nah?" Jared asked me suddenly. He asked like a little boy asking why we can't see the moon in the morning. "Of course you're not. You're so far from it." I answered quickly. That should sting. That must hurt. I'd be glad if it did. "I'm hot then?" he asked again. He's showing his infectious grin. Ugh. - - - - - - - - - - P.S i am allowed to choose two genres for this story, but it can be categorized into Romance too. :)
