Oikawa and Kageyama were kind of in a relationship in middle school. Kind of. the problem was, they weren't really sure if what they felt was true. it was even harder to determine with Oikawa constantly going out with girls so they didn't suspect he was dating Tobio. their relationship got messy and they ended up breaking it off as Oikawa went off to highschool. but the feelings never faded for both, but now they're afraid to admit that what they felt was true. on top of that, Oikawa is convinced Kageyama likes Hinata and Kageyama is convinced that Oikawa has moved on. what a mess.
